Quality components except for the case. System itself is well designed, and function fine when received. See "cons" for limitations.
The case is an abomination poorly conceived and executed. Designed to preclude installation of a second DVD drive; wasted valuable space with a headphone hanger (not needed) which could have been used for another DVD or hard drive. Case opens with extreme difficulty (front bezel). Only good part of case is USB ports on front of case. Further, compared to a G3620 Acer has omitted the 120mm case fan from the rear of the case. I am considering buying a decent case from an independent manufacturer and remounting hardware components. /// Acer has reduce from 6 to 4 SATA ports on the motherboard. All in all, this machine is a step backwards from the G3620./// Limited PCI ports available. Machine offers little opportunity for flexibility or expansion. /// Recommend building from components parts rather than buying the Acer G03-605-UR1D. /// Due to UEFI and Acer's relationship with Micro$oft the user does not get a unique Windows Product Key or COA with the machine.
